«I found it on another vid site where abdl uploads are popular. I'm pretty sure it is a cloth diaper, not just underwear. Probably not a commercial either. I'd guess it's a 1920s or 1930s "art" film. Before the 1934 enforcement of the Hays code, film makers were putting out just about anything, for better or worse.»
