"History Description Main Title: A Risky Bet General Summary: In A Risky Bet, we follow the story of Isadora, an 18-year-old girl who dreams of traveling with her Aunt Louisa during the summer vacation. Her stepmother, Maria Helena, who is resistant to the idea, proposes an unusual bet: Isadora will only be able to travel if she can act like a baby throughout the holiday period, without failing in any detail. The story unfolds in two main phases: The preparation week, months before the holidays, where the bet is made and the first challenges appear. The four weeks of vacation, where Isadora will live, day after day, like a real baby, facing public and private situations, lovely moments, embarrassing and exciting. With high realism, richness of detail, andstrong emotional development and no plot holes or repetition of facts, A Risky Bet leads the reader to a deep immersion in the transformation of Isa, from a resistant young woman to a dependent baby, and perhaps, to something even deeper: a rediscovery of family ties and of herself."
